Two laps round the Jamieson Park Paddle SUP 5.0 coarse. A bit of SSW wind, about 5kn or so, very shallow in areas.

Did the full 10km at average 136bpm (MAF). 10.27km at a moving time of 1:09:46 calculated back to 10km is 1:07:55. Very happy with that time especially with the conditions, 3x 180’s and 4x 110’s.

Riding the Naish Javelin 14’ x 24”. VMG TT fin. Naish Carbon Elite 80.
