04-10-2020 - Cathy Staunton - SUP
With only a couple of stops, 1 to say good aye to another paddler and the other to take off my shirt. Not bad going though, on my Sunny King 12.6 race board, flat calm, light winds from WNW. Finished with a big smile today, and puffing a bit. Expand/Collapse |

18-11-2020 - Cathy Staunton - SUP
At first I wasn't going to paddle 5km because I haven't paddled for a month. Then 10 mins in I decided I would. It wasn't a downwinder, I just went in the one direction, which actually was into the wind. Hard work, but I'm glad I got there. I'll do better next time, foresure! Expand/Collapse |

Went out in a 9km NNE, a 11km NE on the way back. The wind felt stronger. Beautiful out there. Need to paddle more to improve my PB. Expand/Collapse |

I stopped a few times to take photos and say goodbye to another fellow SUP'er. The was a light W, WSW wind, with a few little bumps. Finished with a smile and a quick dip Expand/Collapse |
