Rules

Current COVID-19 guidelines in your area must be followed at all times.
Only paddle in waterways which are open for exercise.
Course must begin with a standing start.
Course must be out and back course or a loop course to qualify.
No Drafting.
Activity must be completed on May 30-31th and submitted before end of day May 31.
Submitted 5k time must match your GPS device screenshot.
Wear a leash.
You are responsible for your own safety and take appropriate safety measures to ensure this.
Juniors (under 20) have a 200m sprint (of course juniors can also enter a 5k time too)
